Just Keep Rollin ("we", "us") collects the minimum personal data needed to deliver your rollerskate lesson booking. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR.
What we collect
- Name, email address and phone number — to confirm and manage your booking.
- Skate size and experience level — to fit you with the right kit on the day.
- Payment information — handled directly by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of contract (delivering the lesson you booked) and legitimate interests (safe delivery of the session, including emergency contact).
Sharing
We share data only with the processors we need to run the service: Stripe (payments) and our email provider (booking confirmations). We do not sell your data and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Retention
Booking records are kept for 12 months after the lesson date for accounting and incident-reporting purposes, then deleted.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing jkeeprollin@gmail.com. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
