Bookings

A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you have a confirmation email.

Cancellations & refunds

All bookings are non-refundable. You confirm this at checkout by ticking "I understand bookings are non-refundable" before payment can be taken.

If you can no longer attend, contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to move you to another available slot. Transfers are subject to availability and at our discretion.

Health & safety

Skating carries inherent risk. You confirm you are physically able to participate and will follow instructor guidance and wear the protective equipment provided.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Just Keep Rollin's liability is limited to the value of the booking. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
